American Tactical Schmeisser S60 10/60 MCL (Magazine Capacity Limiter) in .223/5.56mm. This block uses the factory (locking plate) and convert a 60 round magazine to hold only 10 rounds.

This is a 2 piece block. Upper block sits in the top of the magazine. Lower block goes into the larger spring. See pictures for more details.
