These will not work with the VP9/P30 15 round magazine. The 15 round magazine has a diffrent follower.

H&K P30 VP9 9mm Magblock (10 Round Limiter for 17 Round Magazines)

This Magblock fits the H&K P30 and VP9 9mm magazines and will limit them to 10 rounds. New design easily installed in seconds in the follower and is held in place by spring tension.

In the case of the H&K P30 line, it did not exist before 2000, when the California high capacity ban went into effect. Presuming that only H&K magazines fit H&K pistols, it would be impossible to own large-capacity P30 or VP9 magazines before January 1, 2000 -- because none had yet been manufactured. Claiming to have owned such before this law went into effect is not going to stand up. Make sure you only use 10 round magazines in H&K P30 pistols since manufacture started in 2006.
