- Fits new, redesigned Tapco 30 round magazines for the  Ruger Mini 14. Easy installation that can be done in seconds. The blocks will attach to the bottom of the spring and convert a 30 round magazine to hold only 10 rounds.  This block will replace the original locking plate. *Only for use in TAPCO Mini 14 magazines. Epoxy can be used to secure the block in place where a permanent modification is desired or the floor plate can be sealed closed.
