Springfield XD 9mm 10/16 Magblock

This Magblock fits the 16 round Springfield XD and XD Mod 2 9mm magazines and will limit them to 10 rounds.  Easily installed in seconds under the magazine follower. It is held in place with spring tension alone or can be glued or epoxied if desired.

The Springfield XD line, it did not exist before 2000, when the California high capacity ban went into effect. Presuming that only XD mags fit XD pistols, it would be impossible to own large-capacity XD magazines before January 1, 2000 -- because none had yet been manufactured. Claiming to have owned such before PC 12020(a)(2) went into effect is not going to stand up. Make sure you only use 10 round magazines in XD pistols.
